Alternative Accommodation:
- Alternatively, if available, we will offer you equivalent accommodation to ensure your stay is not disrupted.
How to Cancel Your Booking

Refund Processing
- Guest Cancellations: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
- Company Cancellations: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of cancellation. If you opt for alternative accommodation, arrangements will be made promptly based on availability.
Security Deposit Refund
At www.rentaveedu.com, we prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of our guests, as well as the maintenance and care of our properties. Upon check-in, a security deposit is collected to cover any potential damages during your stay. Once you check out, our caretaker will thoroughly inspect the apartment for any damages. If no damages are found, the full security deposit will be refunded online on the same day of your departure. In the event that any damages are identified, an appropriate amount will be deducted from the security deposit to cover the repair costs, and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded. We aim to process these deductions and refunds promptly to ensure transparency and fairness.
